POV Inspection Information This information was provided by the NCOIC for POV Inspections   Location of Inspection Stations: there are currently two inspection stations in the KMC, the main one is located at Kapaun behind vehicle registration. The second one is located on Ramstein behind the legal office. The hours of operation are as follows: Kapaun: 0700 to 1530 M-F and the first Wednesday of every month 0700 to 2200 - closed on family days + holidays Ramstein: 0700 to 1530 M-F and the first Wednesday of every month 0700 to 2200 - closed on family days, holidays, AND goal days   Please have the following ready for your inspection: Form 190 (from the registration office or you will receive it in the mail if it is an annual renewal)  CURRENT registration  warning triangle  first aid kit   PLEASE NOTE If your car will not fit on the inspectors lift, or over the pit, your car CANNOT be inspected. This is the owners responsibility! Some people have problems with this because they have lowered their vehicle. ** New reg that might interest you - You cannot have any window tint on your front windows, even if the dealer put it there.
