This bridge crosses over the river
These are swans on the river in Lucerne. I don't think I have ever seen swans in real life before. There were tons of them. If you look right in the bottom center of the photo, two of them had put their heads together and formed a heart. I think they are actually fighting when they do that.
This was just a neat building. A lot of the buildings have drawings on them. This is also in the city of Lucerne. I just love the flags.....they are everywhere.
This is the Lion Monument in the city of Lucerne. It is carved into the side of a mountain that was formed by a glacier. You can see the diagonal lines in the mountain, they cover the whole side. It is really pretty. I didn't pay much attention when the tour guide was explaining this.......sorry......
